This is an 18 hp Tohatsu Outboard boat motor for sale. This engine is a 2-stroke which only weighs around 85lbs. We have fully boat tested this motor and it is ready to run. Compression is strong and even on this motor. These are very desirable outboard boat motors because of the power to weight ratio. These engines weigh the same as a 9.9 hp 4-stroke but have the power of a 20 hp engine. This motor has a 15" short shaft, tiller handle, manual start, and forward-Neutral-Reverse gear shifting. This 18 hp Tohatsu would make a great engine for the following boats: Jon boats, carolina skiff style boats, boston whalers, dinghy, inflatable, fishing boats, bass boats, use it as a kicker or on any vessel that can handle an 18 hp 2-stroke outboard engine.
