This is a very good running Suzuki DT 200 hp outboard motor. We have fully boat tested this outboard. The engine is very strong and we were doing 55mph + on a 19ft Hydrasports cabin cruiser. This DT 200 hp Suzuki has strong compression of around 115 psi on all 6 cylinders. We did repaint the lower unit with a silver suzuki color (not matching) because of paint flakes that were peeling. Based on our tests we feel very confident that this motor represents a strong value for anyone that is interested in getting on the water this summer wihtout spending a fortune. The year is around 1988. Brand new 200 hp outboards are close to 15k. Get on the water for a fraction of the cost. This motor has an integrated oil injection system, all controls included, stainless steel prop, and power tilt and trim. We will ship this motor in the USA. This is a long shaft 25" motor which makes it ideal for mostoffshore boats . Will work great as an Open Fisherman, Cruiser, Offshore boat, or any transom that can handle a 25" 200 hp.
