This is a 9.9 hp Nissan outboard motor. This engine has a 25" extra long shaft and is set up for remote (with controls included). This outboard has only seen freshwater for less than 10 hours. The original owner used the motor for one week and then winterized the engine prior to storing it in a climate control building. This engine looks as though it is brand new. We have fully tested this engine out and it runs perfectly. This engine is ideal for sailboats with large cockpits. 25" shaft remote outboards are very rare. The weight of this outboard is less than 80lbs so it will not hinder the transom. This is the ideal sail boat outboard.
