This 25 hp Mariner (Made by Mercury Marine) Short Shaft outboard that is in great running condition. This Mariner 25 hp is the sister of the popular Mercury 25 hp. These motors are very desirable because of the power to weight ratio. This engine has a stainless steel prop. We have fully boat tested this outboard and it runs perfectly. We were very impressed on how much torque this motor produced for only being a 25 hp. It easily planed our 14ft Mckee Craft which is a very heavy fiberglass boat. This engine has an electric starter on it that works but will need a button and neutral safety switch. We are selling it at the price of a manual start engine as it has that option as well. This 25 hp Mariner is a 2 stroke, manual start, tiller style outboard boat motor.
