Excellent running Mercury 9.8hp 20" Long Shaft outboard motor. We have fully boat tested this engine and it roars!! This motor runs very strong and is ready for Summer fishing and boating. This 9.8 hp Mercury was used only in freshwater and is in very clean condition. This outboard was used as an emergency kicker on a boat and has not seen many hours. This is an ideal outboard for a sailboat as it is light and powerful. This outboard as a brand new prop. These are very popular motors since they only weigh 70lbs and deliver exceptional power and torque. It is a long shaft 20", two-stroke outboard motor , tiller model or can convert to remote.
