This is a 40 hp 4 Stroke Mercury EFI Outboard. This 40 hp Mercury has the following features: electronic fuel injection, power tilt and trim, remote set up, a 20" long shaft, and this engine weighs 233lbs. We have fully boat tested this engine and it runs excellent. This motor is in great shape and has average hours. This engine is an EFI which means that it will start very easy and burn less fuel. EFI 4 strokes are some of the most fuel efficient outboards made. The weight of this engine is 233lbs which makes it relatively same as a 2 stroke in its class.
