This is an EFI Mercury 150 hp 20" Shaft outboard boat motor. The original cowling is sunfaded so we have a replacment which is a grey Nitro Series cowling in better shape. This engine has a 20" short shaft which is ideal for bass boats and flats boats. Electronic Fuel injection makes for better fuel economy and easier starting. This was one of Mercury's best engines. motor has very good compression on all 6 cylinders. We have fully boat tested this 150 hp Mercury and it runs excellent. It pushes the bass boat we tested the engine on at around 60 mph. This motor weighs around 395lbs and is a 2-stroke.
