This is a very clean 125 hp Mercury outboard boat motor. This motor is a 2 stroke carbureted engine which idles on 2 cylinders to save on gas. It kicks into all 4 cylinders when the motor reaches plane speeds. Compression on this Mercury 125hp was very strong at about 135psi. This 125 hp Mercury has oil injection and power tilt and trim. We have fully boat tested this motor on Sept 22nd, 2010. This motor runs perfect and is ready to go. The 125 hp Mercury pushed a 19' Mako about 45-50 mph. This engine is very clean all the way through. This engine does not include a prop or controls, this is for the enigne only. These Mercury's are bullet proof and run very powerful. They are inline 4 cylinder engines with plenty of torque and top end.
