This 50 hp Johnson has an electric shift which means that it uses a special control box(included) to electronically shift into gear with just the push of a button. This engine has been fully boat tested and runs great. It is ready to go. This would make a perfect motor for a pontoon boat, deck boat, center console, or any other boat that can handle a 50 hp outboard engine.
