This is the sweetest 25 hp Johnson Outboard we have ever had listed. This Johnson 25 hp has some unique and very attractive features that separates it from most other 25-35hp outboards. This is not a standard 25 hp Johnson Outboard, it is a 3 cylinder oil injected model. Most 25 hp 2-stroke outboards are 2 cylinder engines. The addition of an extra cylinder adds power, smoothness, and a more quiet troll. This engine sounds like a four-stroke with the power and acceleration of a 2 stroke. This motor is a manual start - tiller model with the capabilities to convert to a remote steering with remote throttle*. Oil injection makes it possible to run straight gas in the tank draw oil from the reservoir tank inside the motor. This engine starts very quickly, has strong compression, pumps water excellent, and shifts into gear smoothly. We have boat tested this motor! It starts and runs prefect! Pull starting the engine is a breeze with the decompression built in to the recoil. Why go new and pay high retail! Please review the photographs to see the condition of this engine.
