This is a
great running 20 hp Johnson Outboard. This is a standard shaft "15,
two-stroke, 85lbs, tiller outboard. This engine
starts very quickly, has strong compression on both Cylinders, pumps water
excellent, and shifts into gear smoothly. This motor has only been used
on freshwater. We have boat tested this motor and it runs excellent starts
on the first pull and has excellent response from the throttle......It
is ready to fish!
Why
these are great motors?
Because you are able
to have a motor that is capable of running a small inflatable or a large
pontoon boat. The diversity this motor brings are attributed to the fact
that there is an exceptional amount of power to weight ratio achieved.
For a 85 lbs outboard motor, you can do it all and not weigh your boat
down or break your back if you need to transport it. This would make a
perfect outboard for a Boston Whaler type skiff, Commercial Work Skiff,
Mullet Boat, John Boat, Sailboat, Bass Boat, Gheenoe, Portable Boat, Poontoon,
Flats Skiff, large inflatable, or any other small water craft. Please
