This 1995 Evinrude( Customer Painted Motor White and We replaced motor with Johnson Cowling) 15hp runs very strong. This is a 2-stroke, manual start, tiller outboard engine. This 15 hp Evinrude weighs only 72lbs. We have fully boat tested this engine and it easlily planes our 13.6ft boston whaler with one person in it. This 15 hp Evinrude has fairly low hours on it and is in very clean condition. The motor starts, shifts, idles, and runs out great. Many people understand the value of owning these outboard motors.
