This is an Evinrude 8 hp that runs great! This engine is light-weight at only 56lbs. These lightweight 8 hp 2-strokes are desirable because they can be put on most light boats without transom stress. We have completely boat tested this motor and it performs excellent. This 8 hp Evinrude is a 2 stroke, tiller, manual start, and has a short shaft of 15".
