This is a nice running and good looking EVINRUDE 15 HP outboard boat motor. We have fully boat tested this motor and it runs perfect! The original owner painted a portion of the lower unit with blue tractor pain. This was done to protect the motor from electrolyses and corrosion. This engine is very easy to start and runs great. Compression is very strong on this motor. EVINRUDE 15 HP outboards are by far the most common motor we sell.
