This is a light-weight 2.5 hp Lehr Propane outboard boat motor. This engine runs great and is ready to use. It runs off of a propane tank or a small portable camping tank. We have fully boat tested this motor and it runs great. One of the advantages of propane is that the carburetor will never gum up. This engine uses many of the same components as a Yamaha 2.5 hp 4-stroke. Many of the parts are interchangeable. This would make a great outboard for the following: Jon Boats, Canoes, Gheenoes, Flats Boats, Bass Boats, Fishing Boats, Kickers, and any other watercraft that can handle a 4-stroke 2.5hp outboard.
