Production on this
engine ended in 2005 so it is very hard to find a good used one.
Boaters tend to hold on to engines that run well.
Compression is 120 PSI (both), recent service: de-carbon
cylinders, tune-up & water pump
Parts replaced: new head gasket, water pump, DuraJet rotor, Kill switch
and lanyard,
twist grip, spark plugs, gear oil, lower engine mount.
Starts easily
and runs great! Paint and
decals look new.
Engine has been completely refinished (11/23) with Dupont Imron.New decals (2005) have been applied.
Note: front/rear "25"decals are on order
