CMC power tilt and trim units are external devices that allow manual tilt outboards to be electronically tilted. The waterproof marine electric hydraulic system is rated at 7800lbs. of thrust and can be used in Fresh or saltwater. These units work great on small outboards that do not offer a tilt and trim feature. These devices work great for shallow water boaters and fisherman who have to constantly tilt their outboard up. This will alleviate the hassle of doing it by hand. These CMC power tilt and trim units bolt on to the transom of your boat. The outboard motors will bolt or clamp directly to the CMC unit. This will also help disperse some of the stress that outboards cause on the back of your boat. The set back will also help your hole shot and provide better performance from your outboard. CMC produces two models. One for smaller outboards under 35hp (PT-35). The other is the PT-130 which works with larger engines up to 130 hp .
