This Yamaha 25 hp weighs about 115lbs, is a 2-stroke, twin cylinder, has perfect compression, and runs perfectly. We have fully boat tested this motor and it performs excellent. This engine has very low hours and is in good shape. These are very well made outboards and have lots of power for their size. This comes from having a double carburetor fuel system.
