9.8 hp Nissan Outboard Boat Motor

This is a Nissan 9.8 hp low hour motor with an electric start. Nissan makes one of the best running engines available. We have had very good luck with the mechanics and dependability of Nissan and Tohatsu Outboards. They seem to hold up very well throughout the years and the have some of the best power to horsepower ratio. This 9.8hp Nissan weighs 60lbs, is a two-stroke, tiller, short shaft "15 manual start (with an electric start) outboard. We have fully boat tested this engine and it runs perfect. It easily hydro-planed our 13.6ft boston whaler. We were very impressed with how powerful this engine is for the weight. It weighs 60 lbs and fully planes our whaler! The original owner claimed that he used it for a total of 20 hours. If you are in the market for a 9.9hp or 15hp this is the motor!
