This is a 20" long shaft Nissan 5 hp 2 stroke manual start outboard motor. This motor was used in freshwater. This 5 hp Nissan has a built in gas tank and has forward, neutral, and reverse. This outboard has great compression at around 120psi. This 5 hp has been boat tested and runs very well. This motor weighs about 42 lbs and will be perfect for light sailboats or to use as a kicker. The engine is ugly but runs very good. We completely checked the engine out and ran it under load for an extended period of time to check for full functionality. Everything checks out perfect. We even checked the engine operating temperature and it is was perfect. It is missing a stop button. If you are looking for a good kicker for your sailboat and you do not care about aesthetics this will make a great engine.
