This is a 2008 9.9hp Mercury 4-Stroke Short Shaft Outboard. This motor has very low hours on it and runs excellent. This engine has factory warranty until July 2011. We have fully boat tested this engine and It is ready to go. . This is the model where the gear shifter is built into the tiller. This 9.9 hp Mercury has a 15" short shaft, tiller, manual start, and it runs perfect. You will love how quiet these 9.9 hp 4 stroke outboards will troll and idle. These are great kicker outboards as they are very conservative on fuel. This is a great motor for any small watercraft that can handle an 85lb 4 stroke 9.9hp outboard.
