This is a 2007 8hp Mercury 4-Stroke Outboard. This 8hp 4stroke Mercury is still under factory warranty until July, 7th 2010. This motor has very low hours on it and runs excellent. According to the original owner this motor has around 4 hours on it. We have fully boat tested this engine and It is ready to go.This is the model where the gear shifter is built into the tiller. This 8 hp Mercury has a 15" short shaft, tiller, manual start, and it runs perfect. You will love how quiet these 8 hp 4 stroke outboards will troll and idle. These are great kicker outboards as they are very conservative on fuel. This is a great motor for any small watercraft that can handle an 85lb 4 stroke 8hp outboard.
