This
is a 25 hp Mercury Outboard long shaft remote that is in great running condition.
This engine has been primarily used in freshwater and it has very low hours
on it. This is a remote model outboard that requires controls and a wiring
harness. This Mercury 25 hp is an electric start model with a manual starter
as well. We have fully boat tested this 25 hp Mercury and it runs excellent.
Compression on this motor is even at around 120psi.These motors have been
made for about 20 years and are one of the best 20-25hp outboard motors
ever produced. Weight of this engine is only 110lbs which makes if feasible
for any light boat. This is the perfect motor for your Small Boston Whaler,
Carolina Skiff, Sailboat, use it as a kicker, use it as a back-up, Pontoon
boat. use it on any boat that requires a 15" shaft.
