Here is a 2 Stroke Johnson 9.9 HP Outboard. This is the 15" short shaft. This outboard has been fully tested and runs great. This motor only weighs 75lbs and delivers plenty of power for any application. We have fully boat tested this engine and it runs perfect. This engine has loads of power and is very tight! In fact we were very impressed on how well it starts with little effort on the pull starter. The great thing about 9.9hp outboards is that you can fish lakes that require a 10hp or less. That is one of the main reasons outboards come in 9.9hp. Compression is strong on this motor! Perfect engine to use on a sailboat, back up kicker, trolling motor, Boston Whaler, Carolina Skiff, Inflatable, jon boat, Gheenoe, aluminum boat, fiberglass skiff, lake boat, or any transom that requires a 15" short shaft. This is a two stroke engine.
