This is an 8hp Johnson Outboard that runs perfect. This 8 hp Johnson has some camo stickers still on it. They can be removed. The cowling on this motor is for a 6 hp Johnson as it was a replacement. This engine is an 8 hp with plenty of power. This engine is very light at only 59lbs. It has enough power to move a small fishing boat or 10ft Inflatable. This 8hp Johnson is a two-stroke, two cylinder, tiller model and has a 15" Short Shaft. We have fully boat tested this engine and ir runs perfect! This is the perfect motor for any jon boat, dingy, inflatable, fishing boat, sailboat, troller for large boat, kicker, back up motor, or any other boat that utilized a small outboard.
