This is a
great running 25 Johnson Outboard. This 25hp Johnson is a 2-stroke with
manual start and a tiller. The shaft length on this motor is 15"
which makes it short. This engine weighs around 115lbs and runs excellent.
We have boat tested this Johnson 25 hp and it is ready to go.This
engine starts very quickly, has strong compression on both cylinders,
pumps water excellent, and shifts into gear smoothly. It is ready to fish!
Why
these are great motors?
Because you are able
to have a motor that is capable of running a small inflatable or a large
pontoon boat. The diversity this motor brings are attributed to the fact
that there is an exceptional amount of power to weight ratio achieved.
For a 115 lbs. outboard motor, you can do it all and not weigh your boat
