This is an Evinrude 8 hp outboard boat motor. We have fully boat tested this motor and it runs great. The weight of this motor is 56lbs which makes it ideal for light boats. This motor has a short shaft("15), manual starter, and it is set up with a tiller. This motor has been used in freshwater. This will work great as a motor for your inflatable, jon boat, boston whaler skiff, use it as a kicker, use it on your sailboat, use it on your portable boat.
