This is a Evinrude 4hp Outboard Motor that we have fully boat tested and runs. This engine does have some time on it but did run out strong on our boat. This engine does not have the bottom cowling(cover). This Evinrude 4hp Outboard is a 2-stroke, 2 cylinder, with great compression on both cylinders. This model has forward gear only. Very popular outboard engine since they are light (35lbs), easy to repair and find parts for, and very powerful. Please review each photograph to get a visual description of motor condition. The big deal about 2 cylinder outboards is that you get a much smoother running engine that trolls and runs like a dream.
